Multiple Replies to the same JotForm

Hi,

I am using your JotForm as a registration for a Junior Rugby Rep Program. Some families have more then one child that they would like to register, therefore have been trying to do more then one form. and its not letting them. How do I go about making it so they can register multiple people?

The form allows multiple submissions by default. They will just have to fill the form and submit it.

However, if you want users to enter information from different people by repeating the fields like name, email phone then use this widget https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list. So when the user clicks the add button, a set of fields will be created dynamically where they can fill the information.
