    I checked your account and the downgrade notice has been sent.  To ensure your subscription is cancelled, since you paid with PayPal, make sure the subscription is cancelled in your PayPal account:

    I have done this. I am still showing Bronze in jotform. How long does it take and what about a refund?

    When a subscription is cancelled, the account retains the paid benefits for the current paid period.  Since your subscription was created December 7th, 2017, it will expire on December 8th, 2018. 

    We do offere a 30 day money back guarantee.  If your refund request was made within the first 30 days, let us know and we will definitely make sure it is processed.  Though I did some looking and was unable to find a request.
