How to add another product item into payment my payment form?

I am looking to add a girls basketball option under the specialty sports on our 2018 summer camp form.  How can i go about that?

Sorry, I was looking at this form http://www.jotform.us/form/50135412172139 and I'm not sure where you want to add the girl basketball option? Would that go under the SUMMER SPECIALTY CAMPS field? 

Also, are you trying to add girl basketball as another product with price on your form? I would suggest you create a payment form instead of individual field with the price in it.
