I am trying to use JotForm to set up online donations with Square but when I tried to test it, I received the following warning:
Square Payment Error
Access token is missing: Please contact form administrator.
I don't know what that means or how to correct it.

I believe you are referring to this form (https://www.jotform.us/form/80225938275159). I checked it and I can verify that the Square payment integration is "Connected" properly.
Are you still getting the same error message? If yes, then I suggest you click the "Disconnect" link below the Connect button. After that, please re-integrate Square to your form.
