How to switch from silver monthly to yearly plan and pay for next 11 months?

    Hello,

    I work for the University of South Florida and I purchased a months subscription of the JotForm Silver plan. I would like to pre-pay for the next 11 months. Can you please email me an invoice of which I will pay using my USF Business credit card? This would be preferable to the monthly billing plan currrently in place. Please let me know at your earliest convenience how we can arrange payment.

    I did check your account and found that you have active silver monthly subscription plan. Do you want to upgrade to silver yearly subscription plan? Please note that it is not possible to just pay for remaining 11 months but you will have to upgrade to next 1 year / 12 months.

    Do get back to us if you are okay for 1 year subscription payment and we will send a quote to you.

    Thank you for your response. I don't understand what you mean by upgrad to next 1 year/12 months? I originally asked to pay for the entire year of 2018 when I subscribed to JotForm. Can you please bill me for Feb-Dec of 2018 (11 months) at a total of $214.50

    Please note that the Silver yearly subscription with non-profit discount would be $195/year. Since you are already having the monthly subscription active, the remaining amount will be prorated. Thus you should be charged less than the actual yearly price automatically when the account plan is changed. You may switch the account to yearly subscription from the billing section of your account.
