iOS device Images not uploading to Google Drive

    Hi there,

    We are using Google drive integration to upload submissions to google drive. There is a take photo widget on the form.  

    When we submit the form using a windows computer the photo from the widget uploads to drive as a separate file (see screen shot)

    When we submit using an iOS device the image does not upload separately and is also not included in the PDF.  The submission in the jotforms interface is fine.

    I tried to clone your form and it I was able to see the image attached on a separate file on my Google Drive.

    Have you tried removing the Google Drive integration and re-integrate it again ?

    Probably the integration was broken. Let me know how it goes.

    I did try removing and readding drive integration but that did not work.

    My colleague cloned and tested this on his iPhone 7 using Safari browser and was not able to replicate the issue.

    It must be a browser issue on your iOS device. Do you have the latest version of iOS ?

    If yes, can you please try cloning your own form and add the Google Drive integration on the cloned form too.

    Then try and test it again.

    I think I may know what is going on. I think my users are using Google Chrome on iOS. It works fine in Safari.

    I agree, please try asking them to use Safari Browser since that is the default browser for iOS devices so it will also have the latest update by default.
