Calculations with bad result

I've added some simple calculations (addition only) for my new form  but am encountering a problem as resulting score incorrect. I have checked the number of points given for each answer for each question but the result is still wrong. FYI:  I am expecting a result up to around 100 but it is displaying a sum in the thousands.  I am not using a multiplier... addition only.

What can I do?  Am I making a common mistake?

I assume this is the form. I see you are using assigned calculation values for the calculations using the Form Calculation widget.

I suggest you double check the assigned calculation values if you are getting an incorrect total calculation. I was not able to find any other reason why the form calculation result will be wrong since the operation was just simple additions.

To better test, make the Form Calculation widget visible first, then test each of the field with calculation by selecting it... the total calculation should be immediately show in the calculation widget. You can then compare if the value is correct.
