    Hi alexgorbachovsite,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Every time you pay for your subscription, you will get an invoice for your payment. But you can also check your invoices in your Account settings. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
    2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
    4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section
    5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.

    Hi alexgorbachovsite,

Thanks for getting back to us. Currently, Jotform does not send an invoice to account's registered email address.  Since you're using FastSpring, an email with a link to the invoice should be sent to the email address linked to the card. If the card's email doesn't match your Jotform email address, you can set some filters on the email to forward them to your email address.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated it a a feature request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Reach out again if there's anything else we can do for you.
