Upon clicking "Submit" the form says "please wait" and hangs. "Print form" is also inoperable

I think the problem has to do with the current embed code and domain used, please try replacing it with the iFrame code of your form, this guide will help you getting it: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
