I need the client to sign the form and then send a pdf with a personalized document that includes that signature. How can I create this document? How do I schedule your shipment to the customer?

1) Its possible to sign the form:

2) Did you want to attach the PDF copy of the form (with the signature).
In your email settings you can enable this feature:
3) I don't understand what you mean by schedule shipment. Can you please explain?
