Form: Unable to make any edits to my form

    I am unable to make edits my form. Would you please assist?

    It is critcal that this function is available immediately as we are in the application process and need to add some additional information to this form/application.

    I have changed browsers as suggested by the person/Kim in Jotform Tech support and that did not resolve this issue. I somehow lost contact with Kim who was working with me. when I changed browsers as she instructed.

    Please HELP!!!

    Hi Kimberly,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry if you're having difficulties with this. I cloned and tested one of your forms, and I was not able to replicate the issue. I was able to make some changes or edits to the form. Check out my screencast below:

    If changing browsers did not help, can you try to send us a screen recording of when you're trying to make any edits to the form so we can further investigate what's happening? You can use loom recordings or upload your video to Google Drive and publicly share the link on this thread.

    If it's also happening on a specific form, please provide us with the form's URL link. I went ahead and cleared your form caches as a precaution as well.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Please assist I am still unable to edit my form. This form is needed for business purposes. Would some please call me at 816.513.6397. It is critical that I speak with someone. I have a Bronze Subscription, however, the platform is not functioning. Many thanks!

    Please see attached screenshot. Only a blank screen loads when I attempt to edit my form. Immediate assistance is desperately needed. Kind regards! Kimberly

    Thanks for your patience. When I tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know. Thanks for your patience.

    Greetings,

    Would you please let me know the status of this issue at your very earliest convenience? When will I be able to make edits to my Form? We need to make updates to our Form as this is an ACTIVE Form that we are using for recruiting and we need to get the necessary edits added to our FORM promptly

    While waiting for the update, can you please confirm if this only happens to a specific form or if all forms are displaying blank? This will help us further troubleshoot the issue.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Happy Friday Jefferson,

    This issue is only occurring on the Form in question, the Community Wellness Ambassador Application form. I have tested others and the edit functionality works.

    Have you tested any of the other Forms during the troubleshooting process?

    Please let me know if you can expedite my ticket/case, because it is critical that we are able to make some necessary edits to this Form immediately, as mentioned this is an ACTIVE form and we are consistently having applications of interest submitted so we need to make our EDITS to the JotForm.

    Hi Kimberly,

    Can you please confirm if you're using any Antivirus software on your device? If yes, may we know the name of the software?

    Also, can you please try editing the form on a different device and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Hello Ishan,

    I don't know what Antivirus software used, but yes I'm sure Antivirus Software is used this is property of my employer.

    I attempted to edit the form from a MS Surface Pro and YES the same issue occurred.

    Going forward, when corresponding about my account would you please also email all inquiries and comments to me at Kimberly.McCauley@kcmo.org, this will ensure I receive them in a timely manner and I am able to respond in like.

    Is there an update on when I will be able to EDIT my form?

    Hi Kimberly,

    Can you please try accessing the form from a non-corporate asset? We believe that your antivirus might be blocking our website. We have already raised this issue with the Antivirus vendor and they have assured us that this should be fixed within the next 24 hours.

    If you are able to open the form on your phone or a non-company provided computer, the issue might be related to your antivirus program. 

    If that's the case, you can either wait till the antivirus vendor whitelists our domain or you can ask your internal IT/security team to unblock cdn.jotfor.ms on your corporate antivirus.

    Greetings Ishan,

    I have been out of the office and not had an opportunity to use a personal device to access the form.

    I am able to make edits to the other forms that I have added to the account, so there is an apparent issue with the Community Wellness Ambassador Application Form, that is the ACTIVE form we are currently working with and receiving submissions for and really need to EDIT as soon as possible.

    Its been a week now, would you please let me know when the issue will be resolved and I am make the necessary edits to my form.
