My number of form submissions maxed out... Is there any way I can pay to retrieve the missing ones?

You did not lose any submissions. That was just a warning email notifying you that almost reached your submission limit.

Today is the first day of a month and the submission counter was reset to 0. Your account is active and all of your forms are working.

Please note that the Free accounts can receive up to 100 submissions per month. The submissions counter will reset on the first day of each month. If you reach any of your account limits, your forms will be disabled. To enable them immediately and to increase your limits you have to upgrade to a higher plan.

More about different account types and limits, you can find on our pricing page
