How to use a dropdown field to prefill form?

My clients are asking if there are presets/templates specific to their needs.

They submit with the same exact form data most times and rarely have to change 1-3 fields.

Is there a way to have a dropdown that allows selection of autofill templates?

Can you please try checking the spreadsheet to form widget to see if that would comply with your requirements? If not, please explain the use case a little bit more so that we can assist you better and respond accordingly. It would also help us to understand what you're trying to achieve if you could take a screenshot of an example and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
