Hello. I have a question: I want to ask whether on the Free Plan if one can redirect the URL to like a video or something?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can use the redirect feature with the Starter(Free) plan. Please note that all features that Jotform can offer are available to use with the Starter(Free) plan account. The only difference between the Starter and the Paid plans is the account limits.
