Can you help me? I tried to edit the form when someone made a purchase and I totally jacked it up. It looks really awful now.
How do I edit it and how do I go back to what was originally there?

Hi Emili_Hansen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you'd like to start over, generate a new invoice and edit it. We can do this by deleting your invoice template from your PDF editor, and re-enabling the Invoice option in Form Builder. Then, the invoices can be edited again through the PDF editor. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on the Quick Navigation button and select PDF Editor.
- Next, click on the 3-dot icon next to the tab title and select delete document, repeat the same for other PDF templates.
- Back to Form Builder, click on your Product List field and on its Wand icon, then click on the Invoice tab and Enable it. Other options may also be configured in here such as which email template it will be sent with.
- Finally, back to the PDF Editor to edit the Simple Invoice generated.
There are also templates available that you can use. This can be found by clicking on the Paint Roller icon on the right and checking the Templates tab. These templates can also be edited accordingly once applied.
We also have a guide on How to Customize Your PDF Submissions Report that you can check out.
Reach out again if you need any help.
- In Form Builder, click on the Quick Navigation button and select PDF Editor.
