Short text fields are replaced with number fields that is why some of the fields does not allow to key in letters

some of the questions is supposed to have words type but you can only type numbers in the blocks

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. I see that some of the fields on the latter part of your form are number fields. That is the reason why, you can't key in letters. This is really easy to fix, all you need to do is replace the number fields with short text fields. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, find the number fields. You may identify these fields by clicking on the Gear Icon and checking the field names.
2. Now replace the number fields with Short Text fields.

These are the list of the number fields that needs to be replaced with a short text field:

• Where would you like to go?
• What are your travel dates?
• How many travelers are in your group?
• List their ages and date of birth
• Loyalty programs
• Does anyone traveling have Allergies? If Yes, please list allergy's name(s).
• Are you celebrating a special occasion? If so, what occasion?

If all these fields are replaced with short text fields, this issue should be fixed.
