How to print a blank version of the form.

Hello,  I saw this thread and this is my seemingly simple question.  I would like to print a PDF of my blank forms and it will only do my first page.  Even when my cursor is on a subsequent page in edit mode, it only wants to allow me to print (or create a PDF) the first page.

PS - I was able to get most of what I wanted from the menu screen PDF choice.  For my super complicated form with internal logic, I had to compromise and get most of it in PDF and then add sticky notes to explain what was missing.  It's not pretty

Can you share the link to your form? Have you tried simply adding the print button in your web-form? https://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms
