How to get the timestamps for each submit button press?

i need to get the timestamps for each button press in a jotform. how can i get this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The submission date and time are recorded automatically. Let me show you how:

• On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
  
  
• In Jotform Tables, click on the Dropdown arrow icon beside the Submission Date column.
• Select Date Format from the menu and select your preferred format with time.
