How do I publish the form so that my team can complete it?

    they got the form but they can not submit it???

    This is a stand-alone version of the form which means it will work without embedding it on a webpage.

    The embed script that you provided is used if you are planning to embed the form to your webpage. You can insert that code in the HTML source of your webpage.
