How to create a combined data report that uses more than 1 form in a workflow

    good day

    If I use more than one form in a workflow, can the information be collated into a report at the end of the process ie. info from both forms into one report?

    Hi Steve,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There is no automated and instant solution to create reports with a mix of data from two forms. But you can create one manually for this and have the data as a separate tab in your form's submission tables. Check out this guide for more about the steps.

    Alternatively, there is also the combine submissions integration tool that you can use. You can check out this page to use the tool.
