My automatic emails don't seem to be working, can you help me with this? I had the same settings on another form and it worked fine, not sure what's wrong here? It's not in my junk folder either. Is there any way to verify the sends.

I see all your emails are sending from SMTP set email address https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.
I see all emails are showing as sent, there aren't any error messages.
Could you please check if the SMTP you set is correct?
Please let us know if the issue persists.

Thank you for your response. I checked the SMTP, it is correct, it also works just fine on my other form, it's only https://form.jotform.com/80186431024145 that does not work.
When I send the test, it also comes from firstname.lastname@example.org rather than the SMTP address I have set.
I tried deleting the SMTP and reentering, that didn't seem to do the trick either.

Please make a real submission to test the SMTP settings, and check the spam folder, if you find the notifications there, mark them as NO SPAM.
