Select email recipient based on dropdown option selected

Hi, I am trying to create a "send files" form so our clients can upload and send us their files. However, we would like to have the user select from a list of our team members and upon submit - send the files to whomever they have chosen. Is this possible and if so how?

First, you need to create an autoresponder email that will be sent to each team member:

Then create this change email recipient condition below:

You need to create one condition and one autoresponder for each team member.

Thanks for getting back to us. Upon checking, I see that you've already set up an autoresponder for each representative. To ensure that form fillers receive a confirmation with the correct representative's autoresponder email, you'll need to add conditional logic for each autoresponder email. This way, the email sent will be specific to the representative selected by the form filler. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top.
2. Click on Conditions on the left, and click on Add condition.
3. Select Change Email Recipient.
4. Now, set up the conditions as show below:

Repeat the process for other representative autoresponder emails.
