We have a paid version which was done to have the recipient email with our Logo Logo but the email received has Jotform Logo

Please check if the option 'JotForm Branding' is disabled in your account settings. If it is already disabled and still having the logo in the email, you may edit the email autoresponder to remove the logo. Alternatively, you may also try creating a new autoresponder email for your form.
