Work with an integrated customer base

In our organization we work with clients of whom we already have some information (eg, address, telephone, etc.)
I would like to prepare a form that allows us to integrate this information that we already have as a pre-loaded answer, enabling the option to update this data if it is wrong.
Is this possible with JotForm?

We do not currently have an option to connect the form to some remote source. However, if put data into an Excel spreadsheet you may use it to populate the form using a Spreadsheet to form widget.
