Email Notification are not being sent out.

    Hi there,

    Email notifications on my form are no longer working. Manually sending emails from the form are also not working. We have been experiencing this issue since 5th April.




    Have deleted the notification and reset up. Have also tried alternate email address to send to.


    Any advice greatly appreciated.

    The test email is now working after archiving some submissions, however the notifications are still not going through.

    Hi Palmstudio,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've cloned your form and tested it, but I was not able to replicate the issue. I can get the Notification Email and the Autoresponder Email. Can you please allow us to make a test submission on your form to check what's going on? Additionally, I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache to refresh the form, can you try it once again and see how it goes?

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

    Happy to move forward with a test submission, we have attempted on our end again and still no luck even with the cache being cleared.

    Hi Palmstudio,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. On your form, I switched the email address to mine from yours and then made a test submission, but I was not able to replicate the issue. I am able to get both the Notification Email and Autoresponder Email. Check out the screenshot of my results:

    Additionally, here is a screenshot of the email history from your account.

    I've also checked the history for your recent test you have done and the emails are being sent to the email address. Can you please add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts lists? Additionally, please whitelist Jotform IPs and domains with your email provider in case they are filtering out the emails from Jotform. Once you have done that please try it again and see how it goes.

    Still experiencing this issue, however have switched to a gmail account for the auto replies which seems be working. Will discuss with further with our email provider

    HI,


    IM EXPERIENCING THE SAME THING. I AM NOT GETTING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS SENT TO ME WHEN A FORM IS SUBMITTED ON MY WEBSITE.


    PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOT. IT DOESNT ALLOW ME TO SELECT A RECIPIENT EMAIL, AS SHOWN BELOW. THERE IS NOTHING FOR ME TO CHOOSE FROM ON THE DROP DOWN MENU.


    PLEASE HELP. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE. I NEED TO KNOW WHEN SOMEONE IS FILLING OUT A FORM THROUGH EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS.
