Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. You can add the logo on the page title so that when you share the form link, it will show how you want it to be. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click the Add Your Logo at the top of your form.
2. Upload a photo or image as your logo.
