How do I populate an email with text from the paypal product chosen and paid for?

 This question is regards to autoresponder.  I would like a confirmation email to reference the particular item chosen and paid for through paypal.  Unfortunately though, when I enter that field into the autoresponder email, it populates the email with a bullet point and the payment amount, such as this: 

Instead, I'd like the email to simply say "test membership" without everything else.  How do I accomplish this?

You can replace on your email alert settings and find {chooseMembership11} and replace it to show {chooseMembership11:product}. What this will do is just show the product item instead of the whole transaction information.
