    Hello,

I am creating a ticketed fundraising movie event using the PayPal Business payment form. I have set up several options in the shopping cart area, and would like to create one option that allows the user to enter a price/donation that they choose. I cannot see a way to do that? Can you help me to figure out a way to add that option?

Here's the link to the form I am working on: https://www.jotform.com/build/241006337851148

    Thanks,

    Michelle

    Hi Richmond,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to directly allow users to enter a custom amount when using the "Sell Products" payment type. As a workaround, you can set the donation price to $1 and then customize the Quantity label to Enter Amount. This way, users will be able to enter the desired donation amount in the Quantity field. Let me show you how:

    1. In Forms Builder, click on the Product List field.
    2. Locate the Other Donation product and click on the Wand icon, then click on the Pencil icon.
    3. Set the Price of the product to 1.
    4. Navigate to the Options tab and click on the Pencil icon next to the Quantity option.
    5. Change the Label to Enter Amount and click on Save. Sell Products Payment Type: How to Add a Custom Donation Option? Image 1 Screenshot 30
