Hello,
I am creating a ticketed fundraising movie event using the PayPal Business payment form. I have set up several options in the shopping cart area, and would like to create one option that allows the user to enter a price/donation that they choose. I cannot see a way to do that? Can you help me to figure out a way to add that option?
Here's the link to the form I am working on: https://www.jotform.com/build/241006337851148
Thanks,
Michelle

Hi Richmond,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to directly allow users to enter a custom amount when using the "Sell Products" payment type. As a workaround, you can set the donation price to $1 and then customize the Quantity label to Enter Amount. This way, users will be able to enter the desired donation amount in the Quantity field. Let me show you how:
- In Forms Builder, click on the Product List field.
- Locate the Other Donation product and click on the Wand icon, then click on the Pencil icon.
- Set the Price of the product to 1.
- Navigate to the Options tab and click on the Pencil icon next to the Quantity option.
- Change the Label to Enter Amount and click on Save.
Here's my result: Here's my demo form. You can clone it to test or inspect.
Give it a try, and let us know if you need more help.
