Can someone save and continue more than one form?

I have a staff member that has more than one proposal to turn in but is having trouble once she selects [SAVE]. Jotform will send her a link to re-enter an unfinished proposal, asking for her email and password. However, when she uses this link, the form is blank and she must restart.

Is this because Jotform is not able to identify which unfinished proposal she is requesting to re-enter based on her email? Does she need to only work on one proposal at a time until she hits [SUBMIT] and it enters the approval process?

Another issues is that once it's in our approval process (4-tiered), if any approver denies it and requests edits, she begins the form again, and although it was previously completed and submitted, it's not like a brand new draft to edit and resubmit. This will cause her to have more than one proposal draft open.

Here's feedback from my staff member regarding saving her open form:

Since I started using JotForm, it hasn’t been possible for me to work on more than one proposal at a time. I must submit a completed one before initiating a fresh one. This is to say this that I don’t think this is the issue at my end now.

For the one I am working on currently, one I haven’t populated the last page where the submission button is. I stopped typing because when I tried to save pages 1 & 2 , it sent me the link, but when I opened it’s blank. Today, it’s a different experience. I re-typed and when I hit the save button, it says I can’t save.

I am wary about continuing to work on the form since I can’t save the content I have on the form so far. I copied and pasted my content in a word document.

What I will do next is to go paste my content on the form and try to save again.

I reached out to you when it began to prompt me to upgrade from free to whatever, which is very strange.

Let me go over it again and see what happens this time.

    Hi GHNI,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. Please note, that the Save and Continue feature is only for one draft per user. This means a single user can only save and continue drafts for a single form. Regarding your concern about the form starting a new draft, when they access a fresh form, they will be given the option to Discard and Start Over or Continue with a saved draft. If the select Start Over the form will erase any saved data for that form for that user.

Additionally, you can check out this guide on how to use the Save and Continue feature.

Regarding your question about the approval flow, I have moved it to a different thread to avoid confusion. You can check out my reply here.

Reach out to us if you need any more help.

Another follow up message from the staff member:

It asks to choose an option for sign in to JotForm. I usually use the Google option which which automatically takes me to my ghni. org account , which is where I access the email containing the link from.

However, 2 days ago when this challenge started, and I couldn’t figure the problem, I signed in again and created a fresh password.

Probably this is what I did wrong.

Give me a little time to look into it again before you talk to JotForm customer service. The problem may be from me.

    Let’s be sure.

Will get back to you soon .
