Re: I cant use my form. Customers can not use this to make a booking

    Hi there,

    I currently have a basic jot form package. I only have one current form in use and have deleted all others however the programme is saying i have no space and i need to upgrade my package. I have maybe 6 forms in total over a year so do not need to upgrade to pay monthly as i don't use it very much.

    Please can you help me.

    Hello Emily,

    Upon checking your account, it is now active and in good status. I also can see that you have subscribed to the Bronze plan. 

    The reason why your account reached the limit because the free account can only receive one payment submission per month. I can see that you upgraded your account, you can now receive up to 10 payment submissions per month. The limit will be reset back to 0 every first day of the month.
