Form requires a password

Hello! My name is Alexis Rock and I am with Grinz Orthodontics. I have three offices in Arizona and three in North Carolina. All of our JotForm appointment requests are requiring a password. They have never required a password before. These are crucial to our success and getting new patients in the door. I need someone to get me this password asap.

    Thank you,

    Alexis Rock

    Hi Alexis,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how difficult and stressful this is. Can you please share with us the URL of a form that triggers to ask for a password? You may also send us a screenshot of the page where the password is required. This guide will show you how to do that.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hello! I get an email as shown below. When I click to open, it asks for a password. In the past, all of the information was in the body of the email and not locked.

    Hi Alexis,

Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. The reason why you are getting this type of Notification email is because of the form encryption enabled in the form. Can you provide us with the link to the form, so we can check it? Let me show you how to get it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top.
    2. Under Quick Share, click on Copy Link to copy your form URL.

Hello! I do not have a log in access, that is why I am reaching out. We have never before used a log in or had a main log in page. I really need this corrected as we are missing out on many new patient leads. Please advise.

    Hi Alexis,

Thanks for getting back to us. I apologize for the confusion on this. To confirm, are you the owner of the form, or you are just a form filler? If you are the form owner, do you have the link to the form you are referring to? But, if you are not the form owner, you can reach out to the owner of the form, and have them remove the password protection they've set up for the form, so you will be able to access the submissions from the email notifications.

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
