How do I determine what became of fees submitted through our account?

As far as I understood your question, you are asking for the invoice. 

All your invoices can be found at you Account Settings. 

Please follow this link https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing and scroll down a bit to find "Invoices" >> click "View"
