Account Suspended due to Credit Card Collection

    I was checking my link, and it said not available, so when i looked to log in, it said my account was suspended. not sure why. Please advise, thank you!

    Hi Brittany,

    Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. Your account was suspended because of your Credit Card Authorization Form. Keep in mind that collecting credit card details is a violation of our Terms of Use. If you would like to collect online payments through a credit card, then we have a PCI compliant of doing this. You can integrate your form with any of the payment processors available on our platform. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.

    Then, if you want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of the Payment Authorization. For more details, you can check out our guide here.

    Since there was no submission, the fields have been deleted and the account is now active. You should be able to log in now.
