What happen if I complete a pending payment

    I recently found that there were several people who registered through my form who stuck in the "pending payments" tab. I completed their payments but would like to verify that they have actually payed for the event. When I look at other payees they all have a transaction number, but the ones that I just completed show no transaction number. Will this come at a later time? Did I do something wrong?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry that this is happening. If you click on Complete for an incomplete payment, it will not process any payments. Instead, it will only include the entry in the report and trigger a workflow, emails, and integration. Therefore, it is recommended that you only click on Complete if you wish to include the entry in the report and initiate these actions. If you want to process the payments, I suggest resubmitting the submission.
