    Hi

We operate a fitness centre and our members compete a health questionairre using jotform.

When the member arrives for a workout we need to access the form quickly so that we can see if they have any health issues we need to be aware of.

We have some staff that have a lot of difficulty using computers.  Could you please let me know the simplest way that our staff can access a completed form?

    Thanks

If you meant to access the submitted data from the customers, maybe a best way would be to use one of the report methods: https://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-to-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm

    Maybe Grid listing: https://www.jotform.com/help/105-How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-Report

Since they will be able to see all submitted data and they can search for the specific customer:1518685493Screen Shot 2018 02 15 at 10 Screenshot 10

Here is how it looks like https://eu.jotform.com/grid/80452326180046

Another way would be to use Google Spreadsheet integration: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

And just give them access to the Sheet.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!

    Thanks for that.

I like the Grid Listing Report but I need to combine date from several forms into the one report.  Is that possible?

If not then what would be the best and simplest way to do it.

    Thanks!

As far as I understand you, I can say that it is possible to combine submissions of several forms into one report.

Please take advantage of JotForm's Combine Submissions application.

Hope this helps! But get back to us if you need further assistance.

Thanks for that.  However I think we need the submissions from several forms in a live format, so that as soon as a form is updated we can search for the new submission.  Rather than having to recreate a report each time.

Do you think we can find a solution that will do that?

    Thanks

Currently, you will have to manually generate a combined submission report using our app. Jotform doesn't have yet a real time report that has the combined submissions.

Please check this app http://combine.jotform.io/ and see if that somehow works for you.

Let us know if you further questions.
