Hi,
I have been using the old forms, which I like too.
I have a few forms and would like to swap it to your new feature of Jot Cards.
How can I do it? As when I go to the jotcard and select the card --> click to Use, it only creates a new form instead of overriding the old version of the form.
Thanks

You can change the Form Layout from the form, you need to go to Settings and then click on More Options button.
After that locate the Form Layout option and change it to Single Question in one Page.
Please let us know if you have any other question.

Thanks I did that. However, when I tested and checked on mobile, the form does not display!
It shows as a blank page.
It works on computer (browser - chrome) but can't see on iphone safari.
I have the form embedded in my website

Which from is this? I checked your form, and you seem to have reverted it back to the classic layout. Please switch it back to the card layout, then let us know the page URL so we can check it there.
I'd also suggest re-embedding the form using our iframe method if the default one won't work.
