I have created an integration with Clickup so that a task is created when the jotform is completed. It doesn't appear to be creating the task in Clickup

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. Our Developers are working on the issue as fast as they can. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm sorry for the difficulties you're having with your ClickUp integration. ClickUp is forcing the phone number entered to have a country code. If the phone number in Jotform doesn't have a country code, then it can't be inserted into ClickUp.
You can add the country code to the Phone field easily, let me show you how:
- Click on the Gear icon next to the Phone field.
- Switch to the Options tab on the right menu.
- Toggle Country Code to On.
