Field showing despite being hidden with no condition triggering visibility

I have a form with quite a lot of logic. All of my form fields are hidden. OnSelection of any of the items below, I have conditional logic to show hidden questions.

Issue: The follwing question, which is only triggered if 2 conditions are met (laptop selected, and then year is not equal to 2021), is appearing regardless of what answer is selected above. E.g. if I select printer, the next question is this. I've checked my conditional logic and it seems correct. I've also cloned the form to troubleshoot but the issue persists.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your TaxNav MVP Proto form. The condition seems to be incomplete and that is the reason when you are able to see the Laptop Cost field.

As you mentioned above, you wanted to show this field only when laptop selected, and then year is not equal to 2021. The condition you created in your form is just based on the year selected field.

When users are not selecting laptop (For this "Did you buy any of the following electronics in the past 4 years?*" field) then the above field (What year did you buy the laptop?*) is hidden, which makes the above condition true.

If the field (What year did you buy the laptop?*) is hidden, the value is not equal to 2021 and that is why you can see the below field even when you select any other electronic Item.
