Hello,
How can I add another team member as a recipient to receive a form once it has been filled out?

To add another recipient, navigate to SETTINGS > EMAILS > place your mouse over your NOTIFICATION > then hit the PENCIL icon to edit it.
Afterwards, go to the RECIPIENTS tab > then on the RECIPIENT EMAILS section, add your preferred email addresses. Don't forget to SAVE your changes.
