Does the upload space limit include deleted submissions?

    Currently, I only have 26 submissions, but my starter accounts says that I have reached my upload limit. Old submissions have already been purged. Does the limit include deleted submissions.

    Also, I have not reached the submission limit for the month.

    Hi doughartbytracee,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your account and I can see that you have currently used 76 MB out of the limit of 100 MB of the upload space. This means that you are currently under the upload space. If you only delete the submission it will not increase the upload space, you will need to purge the deleted submission to increase this limit. This guide will show you how to do that.
