When we collect payments...is it on the same page as the form? Or does it redirect?

Also, is there a way to collect points? Like if there's a multiple choice questions, can we make it so it's worth 5 points ?

This would depend on the payment processor used.  Regular PayPal and BrainTree, for example, both redirect to the payment processor for payment.  As do a few others.  PayPal Pro, Stripe and many others allow for payment directly in the form.
