Jotform-Google Sheet integration is not updating, even after redoing the integration

Hello,

I have done an integration with a jotform onto google sheets, however, each time a submission is done, this is not updating the spreadsheet.

I have cleared cache, and removed and re done the integration, however this is till not working.

Thanks for getting back to us. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble with Google Sheets integration. I’ll do my best to help you out. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

Please note that any edit may break the integration, thus resulting in the integration not working as intended (submission not syncing with Google Sheets). These sync issues can be easily fixed by reconfiguring the integration on the form. Let me show you how to do it.

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
3. Select the Google Sheets Integration.
4. Next, click on the Remove Integration button.
5. Now re-configure Google Sheet Integration on your form.

I’ve cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions.
