what happened to my forms? I had some forms that I was trying out and now they’re gone please tell me what happened to them I was using them.

I reviewed your FREE account/username graphicsexpress and I found that it is currently in Overlimit status.
This is because the account have exceeded a quota limit -- Payment submission limit. Free account can only have 1 payment submission every month, you already have 5.

To be able to reactivate your forms, you have 2 options.
1. Upgrade to the paid plan to have expanded limits. Upgrading to paid plan will take effect immediately and will reactivate the account and forms.
2. Delete the submissions with payments (at least 4 of the 5) and we will reset the form counter for this time only.
