Can I prefill widgets?

Hello,

I have created a form, called Event Day confirmation form and I want to be able to prefill the information before I send it. I am unable to pre fill some of the field - such as the Motorised carts, Cost for Motorised casts, Persons requiring carts, Persons requiring hire clubs, Sponsor starting holes.

Is there a limitation on the types of fields that can be refilled?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble prefilling these elements. Unfortunately, when I looked at the elements you're trying to prefill, it appears that you're trying to prefill widgets. Widgets cannot be pre-filled due to their nature, they're loaded from different resources within an iFrame, this makes the process of passing data a bit hard since elements inside iFrames cannot be accessed from outside. Check out this guide to see all supported elements that can be prefilled.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
