Delivering digital products using the Jotform app store

I'm preparing a digital product store using the app builder. I want to be able to have the documents automatically delivered after they've been purchased.

I saw on another request information using the regular Jotform - Form, but is there a different process to put the correct download links in the auto-response emails once the document has been purchased?

Hi Danielle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and I see that you built the product using Jotform App store. Unfortunately, the app store's email content cannot be modified, it only sends a basic information of the checkout fields and the product that was ordered.

I would suggest creating a form and use the Product List element instead. Then you can create conditions where you conditionally send out different Autoresponder email, containing the download links, depending on the product selected. Let me walk you through it:

1. In the Form Builder, add the Product List element and setup the products.

2. Create multiple Autoresponder Email, depending on the number of digital products you're selling.

3. In the Autoresponder email content, include the downloadable link of the corresponding digital product. There's an option there to hyperlink a text.

Once you've setup the Autoresponder emails and Product list, we will then need to create an Email Condition, where they are sent based on the selected product. Let me walk you through it:

1. In the Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.

2. Select Conditions from the left side menu.

3. Click on Create Change Email Recipient.

4. Setup the condition like this:

• IF: My Products(Product List element)
• STATE: Is Equal To
• VALUE: Name of Product
  
  
• SEND: Corresponding Autoresponder Email
• EMAIL: {unique-name-of-email-address}

Then, if you want the form displayed in your app, you can do that as well. Let me walk you through it:

1. In the App Builder, click on the Add Element button at the top-left side of the page.

2. Drag the Form Element to the App.

3. Choose and select the order form you created and setup the products and conditions.

4. You can also display the form initially, instead of having customers click on a button to open the form within the App.
