Account Inquiry: Upload Space

    I deleted several submissions today to manage my upload space. I permanently deleted them from trash, however my upload usage bar has not changed. When will it reset?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, I can see that you are. reaching out through a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. Can you Login from your account and reach out through our Support, so we can check and understand better what's going on.
