Unable to reorder conditions

I am unable to drag the order of my conditions. I have seen that others have had trouble, too. I get the 4 direction arrow when I have my mouse over the left side, but it just highlights the condition above when I click and drag. Based on a recommendation to someone else, I tried Chrome Incognito but still no luck. I am using the most up-to-date Chrome.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have cloned this form and tested it on my end, and I was able to rearrange the conditions without any issues, as shown in the screen recording.

Could you try opening your browser console log and then try to rearrange the conditional logic? Here's how to do it:

1. Click the right mouse button.

2. Select Inspect.

3. Go to Console.
