If client's request a copy of their signed forms how do I provide them a pdf copy of their completed forms signed?

You can allow the form submissions to be sent as a PDF attachment to your clients with the autoresponder email.
Go to Settings->Emails->Autoresponder
If you have not setup an autoresponder email, please do that by following this guide:
Click on Autoresponder edit and go to Advanced tab and enable PDF Attachment option.
Now every time a submission is posted, user will get a PDF attachment of his submission attached to the autoresponder email.
