My notification emails are empty.

    Hello,

    How do we make sure that the person who completes the form receives the double by mail, as well as ourselves, to know who has registered.

    because by mail we only receive this message as indicated on the attachment.

    Your notification emails are empty because you don't have any input fields in your form and your notification email setting is this:

    Also, your autoresponder is not working because it tries to send emails to an address obtained by a missing field. You can add an email field to fix it.
