What will happen if I download a file from Jotform?

    Hi Sylvia,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you download form submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF files, you are only downloading a copy of the submissions and it will not delete the main file. It will only be deleted if it was deleted manually or if you have set to automatically delete your form entries.
